Here’s the deal…
Back up to June 2004 real quick… when I decided to FACE THE MUSIC and committed myself to drastically change, not just my weight, but my lifestyle.
Being winded after climbing only one flight of stairs, out of breath after only walking down the street, after nights of ADDICTIVE, RELENTLESS, AND SUBCONSCIOUS EATING, and getting bigger in what seemed to be daily…
I KNEW I had to make a change.
I KNEW it had to be the last time (as I’ve done it so many times in the past).
I KNEW THIS CHANGE HAD TO BE MY NEW LIFE.
I didn’t even know I wanted to lose 100lbs, that goal changed with my weight-loss. From the start, I would have been thrilled at 40lbs.
Now jump forward one year - August 2005
After falling in-love AGAIN with fitness, I spent endless hours in the conditioning room examining trainers (watching them for the most part wasting their clients’ money and time), I decided I was going to be better. I wanted to be the best. I strived. I studied. I got educated by the best in the business.
By this time the general manager of the gym I was attending approached me asking me what I was doing to get the results that I was getting, as none of the clients were seeing the same results. Even the, HE wanted to know my secrets to my one year- one hundred pound weight-loss.
Long story made a bit shorter….
He offered to sponsor all my trainings and certifications, as I was reluctant - he insisted.
The rest is history, but my journey in helping people JUST LIKE ME, begins…
After much trial and error - endless (and I mean ENDLESS) hours in the gym and less than 20% of my total weight loss within my first 10 months..

Between the months of April and August of 2005, I lost 60lbs!

FAQ's About the Program
Q - The sessions run for an hour and a half?
A - Yes, although you will have a link and can come into or leave the session anytime you like
Q - Do I need to be of an existing fitness level in order to participate?
A - Not at all! Anyone can join, at any level (even if you come from a no-fitness background)
Q - What if I can’t keep up?
A - Then you can’t. We’ll keep trying until you do...it’ll come
Q - What kind of exercises will be doing during our virtual sessions?
A - Bodyweight boot camp for an awesome cardio sweat while incorporating body-weight as resistance, weight training to tone and lift, yoga for strength and flexibility, and floor work for abs and glute work
Q - If I’m taking a trip or sick, will I waste my membership?
A - Absolutely not. Your membership will be on hold while you are gone. You will need to let SJ know 2 weeks prior, or at the beginning of your enrollment.
Q - Do I need anything to participate in this program?
A - A POSITIVE ATTITUDE for starters. You’ll need workout attire, a yoga mat, and two sets of dumbbells to start.
Guide: 2X the following
Beginner: 2lbs and 5lbs
Intermediate: 3lbs and 7/8lbs
Advanced: 3/4lbs and 8-10lbs
Q - What if I’m sick
A - If you are able to workout, do it, but take it easy. There are no germs transmitted online, so as long as you’re ok, we are. If you need to take longer
than a week to recover, let SJ know at the beginning of your illness, and you’ll be credited for the week(s) that you’re sick.
Q - Do you offer refunds
A - We offer a 14-day refund period for purchases from the program registration date. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you.
In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of enrollment, contact our support team at sj@sandrajeanlifestyle.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 14th day at 11:59 EST.
